Retainer Clients

 

Retainers give you ad-hoc (priority) and save your spot in the upcoming months that you have selected to work together. Invoices must be paid in full before work commences and hours cannot be carried over to the next month.

 

Change in Scope of Services

 

If there is a change in the scope of services provided, I will provide a separate contract for those expected services.

 

Time Tracking

 

I use a time tracking tool to record my time spent on your business. All-time spent on your business including meetings and any correspondence are billable and done in 15-minute blocks, rounded up to the nearest 15. Weekly reports are available for your review. In addition, you will be notified if we are nearing the amount of time contracted.

 

Contracting Team

 

On occasion, I may choose to include one of my team members to provide you with quick and proper service. Additional team members must sign a confidentiality agreement and are held to the same high standards I provide to my clients.

 

Confidentiality

 

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me.  Any and all of your personal and business information shared with me are kept secure through passwords and internet security. You can review all confidentiality measures through our Virtual Assistant Contract.  

 

Payment / Billing

 

You will receive an invoice on the first of the month for the next month's retainer package. Payment is due on receipt. Any overdue invoices are subject to a 0.25% late fee.

Additional Costs

 

Additional charges will be added to the invoice (or invoiced separately and need immediate payment after $50 before services commence) at the end of the month. Examples of additional charges include, but not limited to: travel costs, stationery, and postage. *Any additional charges have to be agreed on by both parties in writing.

Referrals

 

When you make a referral to our business, and the new client signs, you receive 1 free hour of virtual assistance.
